A trained economist with an entrepreneurial and public policy background, Parvinder currently works as the Director Corporate Strategy at Ceridian, where he focuses on driving out the company's growth strategy. Prior to joining Ceridian, Parvinder served as the Deputy Director of Policy for Canada’s Federal Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, where he was part of the team that developed and implemented the Innovation and Skills plan, Canada’s new industrial policy. Parvinder holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia, and is a graduate of the Next 36 Entrepreneurship program. He is a long distance runner, and has completed the Toronto and Sydney marathons. He also enjoys hiking, and is a fan of the San Antonio Spurs.
