Oliphant Allyson
Biography
I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA in Anthropology with research interests in medical movements, technology and healthcare. I am a second year MA student in the Anthropology of Health studying how the introduction of assisted dying into Canadian medical practice is affecting the professional identity and behavior of health care providers. I was introduced to this topic through an internship in clinical ethics at Hamilton Health Sciences, and conduct my research with the assistance of this department.
