Biography

Michael Gabizon is a 2nd-year Ph.D student in the Biblical Field (Early Judaism) at McMaster University. His focus predominantly centers on studying the genre of “Rewritten Bible,” as well as the reception history of Deuteronomic texts in Second Temple literature. His current interests also revolve around the establishment of Jewish boundaries during this time period, particularly when dealing with the topic of intermarriage.
