Biography
I completed my BA at the University of Toronto in 2016, double majoring in Archaeology and Visual Studies. I continued my studies at the University of Toronto, completing my MSc in Anthropology in 2020. My MSc research focused on working with archaeological archives and legacy collections, specifically the Royal Ontario Museum’s Mahidasht Project material from Iran. My Ph.D. research is also on archaeological archives and legacy collections, focusing on rehabilitating lost, neglected collections to demonstrate their usefulness. My interest is to encourage more archival work in archaeology, to make our discipline more equitable and accessible for those who are unable to travel or engage in fieldwork.
