Biography

I completed my undergraduate degree in 2021 at McMaster University with a B.Sc. in Honours Life Sciences. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I focused on interdisciplinary approaches to public health, studying science communication, geography, bioethics, history of medicine, global health, and anthropology. I enjoyed taking a critical approach in my final year, concentrating on health equity, systemic issues in healthcare, gender, and intersectionality.

My general research interests surround feminist healthcare, mental health care, healthcare access, intersectionality, critical public/global health, STS, and health datafication. My current work surrounds mothers/birthing parents with postpartum depression and peer support program evaluation. I am interested in understanding the benefits unique to mixed methods analyses.
