Brittany is a software engineer with a background in psychology and neuroscience. Having started her career in sales, Brittany quickly realized that she was better suited for more technical roles. She returned to school, and is now working as a backend developer at Synctera, a rapidly growing FinTech startup. Brittany is passionate about fostering diverse, high performing engineering teams, as well as encouraging folks from all walks of life to try their hand at coding.
