Biography
My primary research interests involve the integration of network analysis and geo-spatial methods to investigate regional interaction, urbanization and socio-economic change in the eastern Mediterranean and in the Near East from the Neolithic to the Bronze Age. My aim is to develop methods that combine analysis of relational and geographical aspects of artefact distributions in order to better understand how systems of human interaction were shaped by various modes of socio-economic organization as well as environmental factors.
