Jelena holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Belgrade (Serbia) and an M.A. in Peace and Justice from the University of San Diego (USA). Her research interests focus on digital transformation of work, in particular issues of labour law regulation, algorithmic management and collective organizing strategies in platform mediated work.
